Anne Lauren integrates her intuitive attunement to the energy life force with her training in spiritual counseling to assess and assist her client's in achieving greater self-awareness, relaxation, and alignment. Location: Anne is located in Kenmore, WA, but location of in-person practice can be decided between her and client. Distance sessions via phone or video chat can also work.

Cost: $50-$100 sliding scale for 1 hour of Reiki and counseling.

What to Expect:

 

In-Person Work- Anne and the client will begin by discussing what the client is looking for through Reiki and spiritual counseling. Reiki will then be done on a massage table. The client will lay down and Anne will place her hands or hover them over the client based upon preference. After 30 minutes to 1 hour, Reiki will end and Anne and the client will discuss what happened and how to proceed to bring the client to better energetic and spiritual alignment.

Distance Work- Anne and the client will discuss over the phone or video chat what the client is looking to adjust in their lives through Reiki and spiritual counseling. Then, Anne will perform distance Reiki while the client rests. Anne and the client will then discuss next steps after the Reiki session.
